Before we go further and discuss formats and specifics, please remember that any submitted material must be written in English. Both American and British English are acceptable, but avoid mixing them.
Authors are encouraged to use editing tools or services to ensure proper grammar and scientific style. Your submission should align with the official conference topics.
Use 150 to 250 words for the body of the abstract and 3 to 5 Keywords
Present your research objectives, methods, and key findings clearly.
Write in a single paragraph without citations or references.
Accepted abstracts will be included in the Abstract Book of the conference.
Your presentation is only confirmed once the registration fee has been paid.
Full papers must be submitted after the last day of the conference, up to three weeks. We welcome original and unpublished research papers that contribute to the fields covered by the conference. By submitting, you confirm your work is not under review elsewhere.
Full papers should not exceed 35 pages or 10000 Words, including references and appendices.
Structure your paper with the following sections: Abstract, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
Use a standard font (e.g. Times New Roman, 12pt), single spacing, and justified margins.
Follow the APA citation style (7th edition) or another recognized format consistently throughout the manuscript.
Include a short abstract (150-250 words) at the beginning of the paper.
Use margins of 2.54 cm at the top and bottom, and 3.18 cm on the left and right
The layout should be a one-column, portrait with bottom-centered page numbers
Posters should be designed for a size of A1 (international paper size)
Title, author names, and affiliations should be displayed at the top clearly.
Use easy-to-read fonts and text sizes.
Visuals such as charts, images, etc., should be high resolution and easy to read.
Posters must be based on the accepted abstract.
Avoid usingfoam core, thick/multi-layered materials, or pushpins.
Ensure your poster can be mounted on the provided boards.
Bring your printed poster with you to the conference.
Presentation length: ~15 minutes
You may use your preferred format (e.g., PowerPoint, PDF).
Necessary equipment will be provided upon request.
Please arrive early to test and set up your presentation.
